Eryri National Park Authority (ENPA) protects the natural beauty, wildlife, and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 square miles, the park is home to the highest mountain in Wales, the largest natural lake in Wales, and over 26,000 people.
We are now looking for an Information Centre Supervisor to join us on a part-time basis, working 3-5 days per week, for a fixed-term contract until November 2026.

The Role
As an Information Centre Supervisor, you will ensure an outstanding visitor experience at our Aberdyfi centre through effective day-to-day management.
Primarily, you will provide support and advice to our visitors about the area, Eryri National Park, Wales and beyond, whilst overseeing some aspects of centre management to support the smooth running of the Visitor Centre.
On a day-to-day basis, you will help manage the running of the centre, oversee retail activities, create staff rotas, manage Information Centre Assistants and ensure our centre is compliant with Health & Safety and other relevant regulations.
Working as part of the Communications Service, you will work to:
- Promote safe and responsible use and enjoyment of the Eryri National Park
- Enhance public awareness and appreciation of the special qualities of the Park
- Gain support for the work of the National Park Authority
About You
To be considered as an Information Centre Supervisor, you will need:
- The ability to speak Welsh and English fluently
- Local knowledge and an enthusiasm for the qualities of the National Park and the area
- Good knowledge of Welsh geography and attractions
