The Role

We are looking for a Welsh-speaking Corporate Governance Co-ordinator (Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive and Chair of our Board) on a fixed-term basis until 31 October 2026.

This is a key role providing high-level executive, organisational and governance support to the Chief Executive, the Chair of the Board and the Executive Management Team (EMT). You will help ensure effective leadership, the smooth running of corporate processes, and the highest standards of governance across our organisation.

This role is offered with flexible working options, and we are happy to consider job-share arrangements.

The main focus of this role is to:

Provide professional PA support to the Chief Executive and Chair, including diary management, inbox monitoring, arranging meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and maintaining effective office systems.

Draft, prepare and quality-assure bilingual briefings, presentations and documents for the CEO, Chair and EMT.

Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including Welsh Government officials.

Assist in co-ordinating events, visits and meetings hosted by the CEO and Chair.

Support corporate meetings, ensuring high-quality agendas, papers and minutes for meetings.

Support the Corporate Governance Team in delivering the annual work plan and maintaining governance standards throughout the organisation.
